*You have 20 days from the date of purchase to return your item for store credit. Please include your name, order number with your return. Item must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition.
*Customer is responsible for shipping cost of return- you can send the item back however you prefer. Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping. Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.

*Must be the same item, but different size request. Note the size exchange on your invoice and send it back to Teammates Rock at 2228 Telegraph Hill Court Rocklin, CA 95765. If item is in stock we will send your requested size to you, however if its out of stock we will send you an egift card with store credit. Customer is responsible of shipping fees associated with exchange back to store.
